Celebrate your special day with your nearest and dearest, with our Small & Beautiful Midweek Wedding package, and let us take care of everything for you.
We'll set up your ceremony space for you, we'll take care of the food and celebration drinks, we'll arrange some gentle live music to serenade you, and we'll provide fresh seasonal flowers for that extra special touch. Most of all, we'll make sure that planning your day is as easy as can be, leaving you to simply enjoy your day and make memories to last a lifetime.
Your Small & Beautiful Wedding Day, for 30 guests, includes:
- Seating for your Civil Ceremony, with dressed ceremony table, candelabra and pedestal of seasonal flowers
- Drinks Reception with your choice of traditional Pimms or sparkling wine, with an alternative of orange juice
- Full afternoon tea of finger sandwiches, scones with jam and clotted cream, tempting cakes, tea and coffee
- Sparkling wine for your toast
- Hire of the Gallery 26 function suite for your ceremony, drinks reception and afternoon tea.
£1600 for 30 guests. Additional adults £32. Additional children (12 and under) £20.
Available Monday to Friday.
Ask us about adding decorative chair covers of your choice, or upgrading to vintage china for your afternoon tea.

We will request a non-refundable deposit of £250 to confirm your booking, with your final catering numbers and balance payment due one calendar month before your wedding. We can cater for guests with food allergies and special dietary requirements with advance notice. You will need to book and pay for the Registrar directly. Live music is subject to availability, which can be confirmed at the time of booking.
The stylish and contemporary Gallery 26 is set in the very heart of the historic hotel. This stunning space is yours for the day, for your Civil Ceremony and Afternoon Tea reception. Your Small & Beautiful wedding reception includes our traditional Afternoon Tea, with finger sandwiches, warm scones with jam and clotted cream, tempting cakes, and plenty of tea and coffee. We’ll also include a glass of fizz for everyone before tea, and another glass to toast the happy couple. For an extra special touch, ask us about our vintage china option.
Our Small & Beautiful wedding package includes a pedestal of beautiful flowers, and a floral centrepiece for every table.
