Leave the A38 at the Manadon junction on the outskirts of Plymouth, signposted A386 Tavistock. Join the A386, and continue all the way to Tavistock.

Leave the A30 at the Sourton junction, close to Okehampton, and join the A386 signposted to Tavistock.

We have a large on-site car park for hotel guests and customers, including marked spaces for Blue Badge holders. Parking is subject to availability, and is not pre-bookable.

Parking is charged at £8 per 24 period or part thereof – but we are pleased to offer free car parking for the duration of your stay when you book your room directly with us, over the phone or via our own website.

Parking is free to non-residents while using our bar or restaurant.

For guests with reduced mobility, there is lift access from the hotel car park to the ground floor Reception level. We have a number of ground floor bedrooms – please request a ground floor room at the time of booking if the stairs to our first and second floors would be difficult for you.

If our hotel car park is full, the nearest long stay car park is located at Canal Road, PL19 8AU, just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Our nearest rail station is Plymouth, which is a 30-minute cab ride away. There are frequent trains to Plymouth from London Paddington (3 hours), Bristol, South Wales, The Midlands and the North of England.

Exeter Airport is around an hour away, and offers fast and frequent flights from cities in the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands and mainland Europe.
